Enter, prepare and serve Livestock Department competitive entries and organizational processes as directed by management; interact/serve Department customers/clientele inquiries on phone calls and in person.

Serve a wide array of Department customers/clientele inquiries regarding competitions, volunteer duties, and associated activities; receive, resolve, and respond to all inquiries, or transfer to the appropriate individual or department. Perform a wide variety of general administrative tasks and duties, including maintenance of accurate and detailed files, records and financial reporting; accuracy of information, research discrepancies and record information. Provide support to all departmental staff and SFT as required
Livestock and traditional agriculture related competitions. Appropriate customer service skills. Principles and procedures of record keeping. Principles and procedures of accounts payable/receivable. Modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment. Policies and procedures of assigned department.
